Terms and Conditions

BOOKING & PAYMENT:

For individual booking a $ 100 per person deposit is needed to confirm and book your tour.

 

A minimum of 12 people is considered as a group. For a group booking a $ 500 deposit is needed to confirm and book the tour. Additional deposits, if needed, will be outlined in your tour contract. Final payment for all services is due no later than 45 days prior to your departure.

 

For all mini stays and mini trips we base student pricing on quad occupancy and adult pricing on double occupancy. All quoted prices are per person and subject to change until deposit is received.

CANCELLATION:

  • You must notify Club Tour USA of cancellations via phone or email.
  • If cancellation is received more than 45 days prior arrival Full refunds less administrative fees $ 150 / person.
  • If cancellation is received between 45 and 31 days prior the arrival there will be a refund of 50 % of the whole amount due.
  • No refund if cancellation is received less than 30 days before the beginning of the trip.

ITINERARY VARIATIONS:

All efforts will be made to maintain the original itinerary, Club Tour USA reserves the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions to any tour itinerary, as we deem necessary, desirable or appropriate. You will be notified in advance of departure of any changes to your itinerary.

CAR RENTAL:

To drive a rental car the driver must be 25 years old and present a driver license issued more than 1 year before the beginning of the tour . For drivers younger than 25 years old there is a supplement to pay. All rental cars include all insurance covering the car but not the persons. You can subscribe an insurance in your country or pay a supplement at the car rental office.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Club Tour USA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT OR FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE OTHER PARTY OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR Club Tour USA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE MOTOR COACH CHARTERS, ACCOMMODATIONS, AND OTHER SUPPLIERS PROVIDING SERVICES ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND ARE NOT AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OR SERVANTS OF, OR JOINT VENTURERS WITH, Club Tour USA.

 

Club Tour USA ASSUMES NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, DELAY OR ANY VEHICLE OR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER OR THROUGH THE ACTS OF DEFAULT OF ANY PERSON OR COMPANY ENGAGED IN CONVEYING THE PARTICIPANT IN CARRYING OUT THE ARRANGEMENTS OF THE TOUR SUCH AS HOTELS, SIGHTSEEINGOR TRANSFER COMPANIES.

 

Club Tour USA CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES DUE TO DELAYS OR CHANGES IN SCHEDULE OR ANY OTHER CAUSES.
